Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products only.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund wherever applicable.
